All drawings will include a watermark/signature that Customer MAY NOT remove unless an extra fee is paid for commercial/ merchandising rights.

Seller holds full rights to broadcast the drawing process which may be broadcast to Youtube and Twitch or uploaded as a VOD/ Speedpaint, unless privacy fees are paid.

Seller has the right to reject any order that they do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

If Customer is requesting Seller draw NSFW artwork, by commissioning Seller, Customer is confirming that they are 18 years of age or older.

The Customer will review the “WILL DO” and “WIll NOT DO” sections before reaching out.

Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront.

Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.

Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.

Payment will be made in CAD (or equivalent) and can be paid through PayPal or e-transfer.

The Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by the Customer.

Any other method of delivery (eg. via Discord or other social media) has to be mutually agreed before the work commences.

It is the responsibility of Customer to propose a delivery method which works for both parties.

Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.

Seller will notify The Customer when Seller has started the commission and the Customer, therefore, loses the right to a full refund (refer to more info on refunds below).

During the work process, Seller will send regular WIPs (Works In Progress) to receive approval to ensure Customer is getting EXACTLY what they want.

The amount of WIPs received may vary depending on the complexity of the work.

The time it takes to finish the commission can vary between 1 day - 6 months depending on factors such as Seller's health, work schedule, complexity of the commissioned piece, other commissions, and convention seasons.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, Seller will let Customer know ASAP.

Customer has the right to 3 (three) complete revisions in each phase.

Revisions refer to edits such as changing clothing, hair, accessories, or small pose changes. Any changes that require the Seller to redraw a majority of the image will not count as a revision and will require a price increase.

Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion (such as changing an eye colour or fixing a small details), within 2 (two) weeks of completion.

Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.

Customer is not entitled to a full refund after first WIP has been delivered.

If for any reason Seller is unable to start the commission, Customer will receive a full refund.

If for any reason Seller is unable to finish the commission, negotiations will be made for a partial refund dependent on completion stage.

Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc.

If Customer takes longer than 2 (two) weeks to respond, Seller will assume Customer has abandoned the commission and they will no longer be entitled to a refund.

If Customer requests a Paypal chargeback at any point when a refund is not entitled as stated above, Customer will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. Seller will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with any information necessary regarding investigation into the issue. Furthermore, Customer will be blacklisted from commissioning Seller in the future.

The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

Unauthorized/ unlicensed use of the intellectual property of the Seller will result in legal action against the offender.

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

If the Customer is discovered to be under the age of 18 asking for NSFW work, commission will be immediately canceled and commission fee will be forfeited by Customer.
